MAXIMIZE Submaximal Testing – with Dr Shaun McLaren & Dr Martin Buchheit

Just remember to have MULTIPLE variables for an entire testing system. You can’t simply depend on one parameters, neither one kind of knowledge (e.g. coronary heart charge). Combine it in with e.g. some qualitative information, so that you’re not essentially reliant on know-how on a regular basis. 

These “subjective” measures can significantly COMPLEMENT goal information. But, as above, by themselves they may lack as properly. Combine it up!
